At What’s Poppin’ Kettle Korn, we take pride in popping every batch fresh and delivering the best sweet-and-salty flavor possible. Because our products are perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sr@whatspoppinkettlekorn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
