At What’s Poppin’ Kettle Korn, every order is hand-packed with care and shipped fresh from our family kitchen in Grahamsville, New York.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship nationwide across the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on your location and order size.

Delivery times vary by region but typically range between 3–7 business days after shipment.

Warm Weather Notice

During warmer months, kettle corn may arrive slightly softer due to natural humidity. Don’t worry — a quick reseal and cool storage will bring back that classic crunch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, delayed, or missing, please contact us at sr@whatspoppinkettlekorn.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Local Pickup or Events
