By accessing our website (whatspoppinkettlekorn.com) or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

What’s Poppin’ Kettle Korn LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a family-owned business based in Grahamsville, New York. All products sold on this website are made and packaged under a valid New York State Article 20-C Food Processing License.

By using our site or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected

  • A pricing or listing error occurs

  • Inventory is unavailable

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

3. Shipping

We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping times vary by location, weather, carrier conditions, and seasonal volume. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable, all sales are final once shipped.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,

  • stale,

  • incorrect, or

  • missing items

you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at sr@whatspoppinkettlekorn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved cases will receive either a replacement or refund.

5. Product Quality & Allergen Information

All kettle corn is produced in small batches using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Please store products in a cool, dry place and consume by the “Best By” date on the package.

Allergen notice:
Our products are manufactured in a facility that may process nuts, soy, dairy, or other allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

6. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using our site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the site

  • Interfere with security features

  • Use the site for fraudulent or harmful purposes

  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce our content without permission

We may terminate access to the site for violations of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product photos, branding, graphics, videos, and written content — is the property of What’s Poppin’ Kettle Korn LLC and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.
